L. Fred Yetka founded Yetka Management Group, LLC (YMG) in 2000 to partner with business owners and corporate executives to provide comprehensive, cost-effective human capital management consultation services for enhanced individual and corporate excellence.
His regular monthly column in respected industry publications include articles that engage leaders and business professionals to move beyond organizational compliance to commitment by identifying and unleashing the passion within.
Fred’s military leadership background and over thirty years experience in human resource management, allow him to work with teams and individuals to integrate personal values, passion and integrity with business strategies to improve work performances and achieve predetermined goals.
He has extensive experience partnering with senior management and individual executives in understanding the transformational process, implementing business strategies and designing individual coaching plans to enhance professional development and business results.
Fred has regularly consulted with top management regarding employee utilization issues and was instrumental in designing and managing projects to assimilate employees into, move through and exit organizations with minimal trauma and disruption to the workforce.
His proven ability to quickly gain the trust and confidence of his clients by asking probing questions has enhanced his ability to provide accurate needs analyses and design learning interventions that produce customer focused solutions in support of organizational goals.
Fred currently performs business development and oversight management responsibilities working with non-profit, privately held and Fortune 500 corporations. His extensive human resource management background serves as a basis for maintaining flexibility to develop immediate, cost effective solutions for national and international clients.
Fred has a BA degree in political science and education from Grove City College and has completed graduate coursework in finance, philosophy and theology.
After completing Officer’s Candidate School he served as a commissioned U.S. Army officer in Vietnam receiving awards for his leadership, training and operational accomplishments.
He holds the SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, a user/distributor of the DISC Profile, is a MBTI certified practitioner and a certified Life Coach. Fred resides with his wife Carol in Westlake, Ohio, and has three grown children and six grandchildren.
